The first 5 assessments are free, in exchange for an honest Google review and three names of people who'd want the same. After that it's $149, credited in full against any package.

Bronze $499 — starter kit installed, paired and configured. One room automated end-to-end, handover included.
Silver $899 — multi-room automation plus a live energy dashboard.
Gold $1,799 — whole-home: presence lighting, energy, network hardening, and a training session.
Premium $4,995 — the private estate: full local stack, no-cloud cameras, every room, priority care.
Every package carries the guarantee: if it ever needs the cloud to work, we fix it free — plus 30 days to love it, or we remove it and refund the install.
What install day looks like
- Walkthrough (20 min) — we confirm the plan room by room before anything is opened.
- Install & pair — hub, sensors and devices placed, paired and named properly. No mess, no mystery boxes.
- Automate — your routines built and tested with you watching: lights, presence, energy, alerts.
- Handover (30 min) — you drive, we coach. You keep the keys, the passwords, and a one-page cheat sheet.
Where we work
Melbourne's north and the CBD radius: Coburg, Brunswick, Preston, Reservoir, Thornbury, Northcote, Fawkner, Glenroy, Pascoe Vale, Essendon, Carlton, Fitzroy, and surrounds. Outside these? Ask — travel is usually solvable.
Common questions
Why are you cheaper than the big integrators? They sell proprietary systems with margins to match. We install open hardware you could buy yourself — you pay for expertise and time, not lock-in.
Will you make a mess? Most devices are plug-and-play or stick-on. Anything hardwired is done by a licensed electrician, and we leave the place as we found it.
What happens when the internet drops? Nothing. That's the whole point — everything runs locally. Your lights, automations and dashboards don't notice.
Do I own it? Are there fees? You own everything — hardware, software, data. No subscriptions. An optional care plan exists if you'd rather we keep things updated, but the system never needs it to function.
Who does the electrical work? Licensed electricians, always. We design; they wire; we configure.
