This device lives in the Local Starter Kit — usually the cheaper way to get it.

Do I need this if I already have a hub? A coordinator is the Zigbee radio for Home Assistant — if your hub is HA Green/Yellow or a PC, yes, you need one (only one per home).
ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT? Both work with this. ZHA is simpler; Zigbee2MQTT supports more devices. Our guides cover choosing.
